This 54 x 44 x 96 inch gusseted poly bag is constructed from 4 mil polyethylene film infused with Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor chemistry. The VCI compound releases a protective vapor that bonds to exposed metal surfaces, actively preventing oxidation, rust, and corrosion without requiring supplemental wraps, oils, or desiccants. The gusseted sidewalls expand to conform around bulky or irregularly shaped items, making the large format practical for components that standard flat bags cannot accommodate.
These bags are used in metalworking, heavy equipment manufacturing, aerospace fabrication, and industrial distribution where corrosion-sensitive parts must be stored or shipped over extended periods. They are well-suited for fabricated assemblies, machined components, castings, and large manufactured parts that require reliable long-term protection during transit or warehouse storage.
