9 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2" Kraft Easy-Fold Mailers

These 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 2 inch Kraft Easy-Fold Mailers are built from ECT-32-B kraft corrugated board and fold into a finished mailer in seconds — no traditional carton setup or tape-and-flap assembly required. Pre-scored depth lines are built into each blank, allowing the mailer to conform to the actual thickness of the enclosed product rather than defaulting to a fixed 2" depth.

The compact footprint and low-profile construction make these mailers well suited for e-commerce apparel, documents, flat media, promotional kits, and lightweight retail goods. Fulfillment centers, print distributors, and subscription box operations benefit from the fast fold-and-go workflow at high-throughput packing stations.

Each mailer is constructed from kraft corrugated to keep material costs predictable without compromising protection for standard outbound shipments. Bundles of 50 store flat, conserving bin space until needed.
